Every Feel India™ box is a perishable seasonal harvest. Our replacement philosophy is built on fairness, transparency, and a commitment to ensuring you experience the true quality of the orchard.
Proof Over Claims
To maintain the integrity of our provenance system, we require documented evidence (clear imagery) of any transit damage within 12 hours of receipt.
Fair Resolution
We distinguish between natural variation (which we celebrate) and actual damage. Our goal is always to provide a fair resolution that respects both the grower and the customer.
1. Perishable Nature
Due to the delicate agricultural nature of mangoes, we do not accept traditional returns. Once a box is dispatched from our governed facility, its journey is final to ensure food safety and quality integrity.
2. Transit Damage
If your box arrives with structural damage affecting the fruit, please document it immediately. Replacements or credits are provided for documented transit issues that compromise the edible quality of the harvest.
3. Natural Variation Clause
As nature does not standardize, differences in appearance, peel markings, or slight size variations are not considered grounds for replacement. These are markers of a real orchard harvest, as documented in our DPP360™ archive.
4. Resolution Process
Our team reviews each claim against the archival batch records. Approved claims are resolved via replacement in the next available seasonal batch or a store credit, ensuring you don't miss out on the season's best.
